We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Recal for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

This guarantee applies to:

• First-time subscribers to any paid plan
• The initial subscription payment only

3. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

• Your refund request is made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
• This is your first subscription to Recal (the guarantee applies once per customer)
• Your account has not been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
• Partial months or unused portions of a subscription after the 14-day guarantee period
• Account upgrades or plan changes made after the initial 14-day period
• Any additional services or add-ons purchased separately
• Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@tryrecal.com with the following information:

• Your account email address
• Date of purchase
• Reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Our support team will process your request and confirm the refund within 2 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
• You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated

7. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:

• Cancellation: Stops future billing but allows you to use the service until the end of your current billing period
• Refund: Returns your payment and immediately ends your access to paid features

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel within the 14-day guarantee period, you may also request a refund.
