Projects let you group related recaps together — by client, initiative, team, or any way you organize your work. Each project has its own context, so AI insights stay relevant to that specific body of work.

When you ask questions or get summaries, the AI considers only recaps in that project. This means client A's discussions don't mix with client B's, and your product roadmap meetings stay separate from support calls.

Yes! Projects can be shared with specific team members or made accessible via a public link. Team members with access can view all recaps in the project and contribute their own.

When creating a new recap, select the project from the dropdown. You can also move existing recaps into projects from the recap settings. Recaps can belong to one project at a time.

Yes! Ask questions across all recaps in a project: 'What decisions have we made about the redesign?' or 'Summarize all action items from Q1 planning meetings.' The AI searches across the entire project.

Project limits depend on your plan: Starter includes 3 projects, Pro includes 10, and Premium includes unlimited projects. Each project can contain unlimited recaps.
