It can see screen shares, presentations, whiteboard sketches, and demos — capturing visual context that other tools miss entirely. This means you get insights from what was shown, not just what was said.
Recal supports all major audio and video formats including MP3, MP4, WAV, M4A, WebM, MOV, and more. If your media player can play it, Recal can transcribe it.
You can upload files up to 2GB. For larger files, we recommend compressing the audio or using our link feature to process content directly from cloud storage URLs.
Most files are processed in minutes. A 1-hour recording typically takes 3-5 minutes to transcribe and summarize. You'll receive a notification when your recap is ready.
Yes! You can either download files and upload them directly, or use our link feature to paste a shareable URL. We support links from most cloud storage providers.
