Yes! While Recal's video rooms are great for remote calls, you can also use it for in-person meetings. Just open Recal on your laptop, start a meeting, and capture the conversation. Perfect for client meetings, interviews, or brainstorms.
Our AI automatically detects different speakers and labels them throughout the transcript. Participants who join through the meeting link are identified automatically. You can also rename speakers after the meeting.
No! Anyone can join your meeting via the shared link without signing up. Only the meeting host needs a Recal account. Participants just click the link and join instantly.
Recal's infrastructure handles temporary connection issues gracefully. If you briefly disconnect, you can rejoin the same meeting. The recording continues for other participants and your transcript stays intact.
Yes! You can edit any part of the transcript to fix names, correct terms, or add context. Edits are saved and reflected in summaries and exports.
Storage depends on your plan: 7 days for Starter, 30 days for Pro, and 180 days for Premium. Transcripts and summaries are kept longer. You can always export before deletion.
